2026 T-Ball Registration

This form will register your child for the 2026 Pleasant View T-Ball Season. The first Child's Participation fee is $25. Any additional children are $23 each. This includes their T-Shirts.

The player's clinic is on April 18.

T-Ball runs from April 20-June 22, 2026.

Children must be 5 years old on Dec 1, 2026, and cannot turn 9 before June 1st, 2026.

Most games are on Monday Nights. Thursday nights are alternates for rain-outs or make-ups.

The T-Ball Finale is on June 22nd.
